14 day return window
If you change your mind about the items you have ordered, you are entitled to return the item(s) to us within 14 working days for a full refund.
It is important to note that products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned to us for reasons of hygiene.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for the following, unless they are delivered damaged or faulty:
- Unsealed items which came with a protective seal.
- An item which has been used in any way.
- Medicinal products or services which have been dispensed on a prescription.
- Any Medical Products.

Faulty and incorrect items
If the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
It is important that you check for damage to the parcel beyond our control that may have been caused in transit before signing for your items.
Returning your item(s) to us
Once you have notified or spoken to our customer service team about returning your items, please post them to:

Unfortunately we do not offer a free-post return service and can’t cover your costs of returning the items to us, unless you received the wrong or a faulty item. You are liable for ensuring the items arrive back to us undamaged, so we recommend you pack the items well and use a recorded delivery service.
How long will my refund take?
Once we have received your items and confirmed that they are undamaged and unused, we will process a refund. This will usually be the next working day after receiving your items, but it may take up-to 7 working days.
