We offer simple and cost effective delivery options to ensure that you get your items as quickly and safe as possible.
Please note: This information on this page does not apply for any prescription services. This includes NHS repeat prescriptions, one-off prescriptions, private prescriptions and our online doctor service.
Free standard delivery on orders over £70
- Free standard UK delivery within 5 working days
- All delivery details are the same as the standard UK delivery option shown below
Standard UK delivery – £3.99
- This is the standard delivery charge for orders less than £70
- Your items will be delivered within 5 working days
Express UK delivery – £7.99
- Receive your items faster using our express delivery service
- Order by 4pm for delivery within 1-2 working days
- In circumstances where we won’t be able to deliver your order within 1-2 working days, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a partial or full refund
International Delivery
- We do not currently offer international delivery
Tracking Information
All of our orders are dispatched using a Royal Mail Tracked service. Unless you specify otherwise when placing your order, someone will need to be at your delivery address to sign for your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us containing your tracking code, and a link to where you can track your order online.
